Welcome to Matt’s Notes. This site is operated personally by Matthew Peine. By using it, you agree to these terms. They’re meant to be simple and fair — this is a personal teaching site, not a business.

The content

Everything here — articles, podcasts, videos, and notes — reflects my own study and understanding of Scripture. I share it freely to point people to Christ. It is offered in good faith but “as is,” without warranty, and it is not professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

Using and sharing the content

I’m glad for this teaching to be shared. You’re welcome to share, quote, or pass along the content for personal, non-commercial purposes, with attribution to Matt’s Notes. Please don’t republish entire works as your own or use the content commercially without my permission. I retain ownership of the content I create.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts to support this work — thank you. A few things to know:

• Because Matt’s Notes is operated personally (and not as a registered nonprofit), donations are not tax-deductible.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Recurring donations (monthly or annual) can be cancelled anytime — just email me and I’ll take care of it.
• Gifts are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, email me and I’ll make it right.

Acceptable use

Please use the site normally and lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt, hack, overload, or misuse it, and don’t use it to harm others.

Links to other sites

I link to outside resources — like YouTube, podcast apps, and Bible-reference sites. I’m not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
